X-rays, Labs, & Screenings
All ChoiceOne Urgent Care centers are fully equipped with digital x-ray capabilities and a full laboratory on-site for your convenience. Our occupational health lab services include:
- Blood Testing
- Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)
- PPD/TB Skin Tests*
- Urine Drug Testing
*Currently unavailable. QuantiFERON testing can be used as an alternative to PPD/TB skin test.
Concussion Evaluation & Care
ChoiceOne uses the latest technology for concussion assessment and evaluation to help guide our healthcare providers with appropriate treatment decisions for your employee’s recovery. We also use the testing to help manage and monitor return to work protocols for your employees, ensuring a safe return to daily activities.
